Crowned as the 1998 Miss Surat, Namitha (who was born Namita Mukesh Vankawala) entered the Indian showbiz spotlight a year after she tried her shot at the 2001 Miss India pageant. Before her acting debut, however, Namitha had already had a few modeling stints up her sleeve due in part to her jaw-dropping Amazonian figure and sweet face. It is no wonder why a lot of Namitha images have graced the pages of magazines and even flooded the Internet. Today, aside from the many Namitha images, the actress could be found in various Kannada, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil and Telugu films.
