I have been looking for a way to buy a guitar. I thought I was going to be able to do it a while a go, but I never got the chance. Now I know I have enough money, and I am going to be able to do what I want and need to do. So, I am going to get the guitar, and learn how to play acoustic guitar. It will be one of those things that will make a big difference in my life. I just wanted to have some time to do something for me that made me happy.

This year for Mother’s Day I wanted to get my mother something different from the normal flowers or candy. My neighbor said she knew a lady that sells Handmade Handbags. I asked her what they looked like and if they were nice. She said the woman makes them herself. Some of them were nice beaded bags that she thought I would really love. I asked her if she could give me her number or an address where I could see her collection. When I finally got a chance to see them I knew my mom would love to have one of thes bags.

Ever looked at a sheet of music and wondered what that other language was trying to tell you? I have, I have also looked at the piano and wondered how long it would take me to learn to play piano like the “big guys”. I was curious so I started snooping around online and found a review of rocket piano.
Rocket piano offers the student skills like learning to read sheet music, learning new, fun and exciting songs all at your own pace. With rocket piano you can be playing the piano with the rest of ‘um in no time.

I just had a crazy idea that I’m really excited about. I need to go out and look on the internet more, but I thought it would be such a great idea to have a website that was solely dedicated to selling band posters. I imagine a site where you can visit, type in your favorite band or artist, then all the band posters available would pop up and you could easily browse them.
I know there are poster sites out there. I just haven’t seen one that is easy to use, and has a really good stock of music posters. Some of them have only one type of music, like pop music. Others sell posters, but also a lot of other things too, random merch and a lot of things I’m not that interested in. Either way, I think that is a great idea.

I blew up my old lap top by always using on my lap without a cooling pad, and I fried it. Unfortunately I did not have it backed up and I lost everything. So I bought a new lap top and a cooling pad and now I am starting from scratch with all of my favorites and downloads. The first thing I did was an Ares download so that I could rock out to some tunes while I was trying to restore everything else as best I could. I know it is going to take me some time to get things back the way they were, but now I know better than to use my lap top directly on my lap.

The other day I was walking down by the boardwalk with my girlfriend. There was this guy strumming an acoustic guitar, and he was pretty good. He seemed to be just riffing off the sounds and stuff that was happening all around him. My girlfriend walked up and started talking to him, and he made up a song right there on the spot about the two of us. It was very fascinating. Naturally I started looking around for his tip jar, or a hat or something. He put that in his song to. He told me, through his song, that he wasn’t interested in money. Only playing his guitar for people on the beach. I thought that was pretty cool.

I just cannot believe that it’s that time of year again – time to get out all of our Craft Supplies and start making our many Christmas cards. I absolutely adore this time of year and being able to create something from nothing gives me a real thrill. My kids are always there to help and very often it’s them that come up with new designs for our cards and I just add the finishing touches with glitter glue, paints and stickers to make the whole thing feel like Christmas. We always make an extra effort when making my sister’s Christmas card; she absolutely adores them and keeps them year after year and has even had some of them framed.

Ah, the matrix of new york wedding photography. There are so many directions to go. Do you want traditional, or cutting edge? Do you choose digital or film? Do you want a full fledged artist or someone who’s more of an event photographer? And then there’s the photographer himself (or herself.) Do you like the person? Do you think you could have a long, working relationship with this person? After all, a client is with their photographer for the longest. It is a close relationship, this client photographer bond, and it must be with someone you like. So remember, you don’t just hire the photographer, but the person as well.
