In my business Valentine’s day is so busy. I make homemade cards with chocolate candies attached to the front. I often put some type of information about chocolate on the card. I am always amazed at how many fun chocolate facts can be found on the Internet. On a batch of mother’s day cards I made up last year, I wrote about dark chocolate being an anti-oxident. Many of my customers were very thankful for that little bit of information.
