Free Public Records Access Lets Employer Avoid Future Problems
For several months now I have had to do background checks on almost all of my employees. I have done so using the excellent free public records access on the web, and this has empowered me to find out vital info on the people that I have hired, so that I can keep my company safe. A while back I had not done this, and unfortunately ended up hiring a couple of shady characters, who almost did my business in. I had some serious reputation damage to repair for several months, and this caused me to reconsider how I hired my employees.
